March 30, 2012. Beautiful, new park, paved pads. Long level pull thrus, some back-ins. No cable TV but satellite access no problem since no mature trees yet. 3 local channels (NBC, CBS, ABC). Shuttle service could be better with 30-45 minute wait when busy. I think they need a dedicated shuttle for just the RV park due to the size of the complex. They no longer charge more for the weekends and have weekly rates and monthly rates. Rate is $25 per night with $5 discount if you have Winstar players card. Building a new guest pavilion with swimming pool. Nice paved dog walk/walking path. Game room, basketball court. 2 large bathrooms and 2 laundry rooms. Office staff very helpful and friendly. Current promotion is if you stay 2 nights in RV park, the person the site is registered under gets $10 free play.
The casino is huge. About a mile walk from one end to the other. Better promotions than before. Ladies night and Men's night $20 free play. Free senior breakfast Wednesdays and Thursdays is current promotion. RV's were still parking overnight in the south lot. Security patrolling 24/7.

Stayed at the RV park in October 2011. The sites are large and over 70 feet long. The charge for one night stay with Winstar card was less than $20. What a bargain. Park is far enough from interstate to have little or no highway noise, unless the wind is from the west, which is rare. Hookups are easy to access.

I used to park in the parking lot of the casino overnight, but will stay at the park from now on.

The casino has enough slot machines to rule the world. I play blackjack or poker, but wife likes the penny machines. The only drawback to the casino is the requirement to withhold 50 cents per blackjack hand.

Buffet is ok, but can get crowded sometimes. Specials for seniors at specified times.

The casino has first class entertainment booked on occassion.

Transportation from the RV park to the casino is fast and convenient.

Report from Jim O'Briant April 2, 2010

The Casino is also still allowing Overnight RV Parking in their
main parking lot. Rvers should park in the far south lot, with
trucks and buses. However, with the RV Park now in full operation,
the Casino plans to change their policy on Overnight RV Parking,
and will no longer allow it. The date of this projected change is
unknown.

I'll be checking back with the casino periodically to find out
when the change occurs.

Report from Jim M., September 7, 2009

WinStar's RV park is open now. We camped there September 4th through 7th. I believe they opened on September 1st. Sections are still under construction and not available for use yet.

The park is very nice, but it is not a "resort", there is not a lot of stuff like pools and mini golf to take up your time. The showers, restrooms, and facilities in general are immaculate. They have planted a lot of RV height trees but they won't produce much shade for a few years. They have spent a zillion dollars on sod for the sites that are in use. They were having computer problems when we made reservations, but they called us back in just a few minutes. There was a team of security guards walking the premises every night while we were there. Thirty-three bucks a night for the first weekend anyway. We enjoyed it.
