We dry camped here for about five days visiting the casino, sightseeing and having some repairs done in Pendleton. The parking area is big, level and graveled. Because it’s so close to I- 84 many people use it as an over night stop. It’s gets busy but there was always enough room. Many of the motor homes appeared to be new and the owners didn’t seem to understand basic dry parking courtesy - generators running into the wee hours. One couple even left their diesel motor home running from 5:30am - 7:30 am while the wife went into the casino!
The casino is pretty big, good variety of machines and table games. They also have weekly Texas hold'em tournaments and three big yearly tournaments.
The Tamastslikt Culture Institute museum is very well done and worth a visit - $6.00 per person.
The information center in Pendleton has a dump and water fill station at the south end of the lot-donations.
