We did not find an RV specific lot, so we parked along the back of the main casino parking lot next to a few tractor-trailers. The parking area is nice and level and super easy to find. Dover Downs no longer allows overnight RV. When we pulled in there were signs all along the dirt parking area stating no overnight parking for RV and Trucks. We called the casino and spoke with security to ask if there was another spot and they informed us they don't allow overnight parking, but we could go to Harrington Raceway Casino.
