They've created a new, paved parking area for RV dry camping. The sites are well marked and long. They are located on the north side of the casino. The gravel area previously used for dry camping is being paved into another parking lot. The electric sites (fee) are on the south side of the casino. We found the grill/fast food very well priced and good tasting. The players card gets a 15% discount on dining and 7cents/gallon of fuel. We...
There's no dip at the entrance to the RV Area. Free overnight RV parking in the Gravel area. 2 night limit, check=in at the gas station. $15 for the 30amp electric sites on pavement. Got a casino card and got $5 cash, discount off dining, and a 7cent/gallon discount on fuel. Diesel is available the gas station, which is next to the RV lot.
RV lot was extremely crowded and had started taking up the truck parking area. No charge with no stay limit. Many RV's stay there for months during the winter. Close to Mexico for dental and optical care. Casino is nice and food is good.
We stopped for one night on the way to Key West and for 2 nights on the way back. The staff at the casino were very nice. No problems getting our security pass to park overnight in the far back parking lot. Of course, there were a few semi-trucks coming and going all night. We joined their players club and got a free buffet and $30 in slot play. The buffet was "okay", but nothing great. On...
Lots of room in the parking lot with RV's allowed to stay the night. There were about 10 spread out during our visit. Buffet is inexpensive, but no taste. Casino is small and the machines didn't want to give us any "reward" for keeping them company. RV Park down the road is $325 a month.
Arrived expecting RV Parking to be free. Very disappointed to see there's a $7 per night fee to park your RV overnight. We didn't discover this until we had already parked and setup. Regardless of what all the signs state, you need to check-in at the hotel counter and pay your fees. Then you need to go to the AVIS car rental booth and get your windshield pass. Fairly quiet at night with security driving through periodically.
