Save yourself some frustration and avoid this casino. First of all this is no longer the Hardrocksino, it is now the MGM Northfield and it's getting horrible reviews on Google. They clearly do not like Rvers. Security hassled me for two days with constant policy changing or complete lack of knowledge about it. The MGM just took over in April 2019 and they are very confused. Half of the security people tell you its no problem being there and the other half tell you to leave immediately. I was welcomed the first day and then told at 11pm I need to leave. The next morning a different security guard at the office said the night guy doesnt know what he's talking about and I'll be fine parked where I was. The same day another guard told me to leave the property immediately. They also waited until 5pm in the pouring rain to tell me to leave, regardless of what the morning guard told me. I just left in frustration instead of the back and forth confusion. I figured I would also be disturbed at 2am to leave if I didn't. Worst casino customer service ever!
